Responsibilities
- AI Personalization Engines – Build and optimize AI-driven personalization across website experiences, ad targeting, and email journeys to improve conversion
- Generative AI for Creative Scale – Deploy AI tools for high-volume, high-quality content production (ads, landing pages, SEO content) that accelerate campaign velocity
- Predictive Audience Modeling – Run machine learning models to identify high-intent segments, create lookalike audiences, and drive precision in paid channels
- AI Market Research & Intelligence – Leverage AI to synthesize competitive intelligence, identify whitespace, and guide smarter targeting strategies
- Cross-Functional Experimentation – Partner with Paid Media, SEO, and Lifecycle Marketing teams to design and scale AI-driven acquisition experiments
- Deliver outcomes that: Increase efficiency of acquisition spend across paid and organic channels
- Deliver outcomes that: Improve visit-to-conversion rates through personalized and AI-optimized journeys
- Deliver outcomes that: Accelerate pipeline growth at the top of the funnel, fueling the company’s enterprise and mid-market expansion
