Requirements

  • SaaS experience (familiarity with SaaS metrics, digital channels, and product-led growth models)
  • 7+ years in product marketing, with proven experience building integrated campaigns for technical audiences
  • Experience marketing to R&D teams; ability to understand their workflows, tools, and priorities
  • Strong research skills—comfortable conducting both quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform strategy
  • Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills, able to lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller and content creator, able to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
  • Comfortable experimenting with new approaches, including the use of AI tools to improve efficiency and insight generation

Responsibilities

  • Own messaging and positioning with a deep understanding of the Core and Admin segment
  • Understand the competitive landscape and translate it into pricing and packaging strategy
  • Nail product-market fit by surfacing customer insights, competitive intel, feedback, and trends to define pricing and packaging, target personas, and go-to-market strategy
  • Lead product launches, defining messaging, assets, and launch strategy for new features
  • Create high-impact content, developing scalable, audience-specific materials
  • Own customer communications (emails, release notes, in-product updates)
  • Enable sales & success by providing GTM teams with customer-facing assets and internal guides
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, growth, GTM, and enablement teams
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Lifecycle, and Sales to build cohesive campaigns
  • Track and analyze product usage, engagement, and lifecycle health for the segment
