Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or enterprise technical consulting
  • Strong experience with insurance technology ecosystems (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, One Inc., Insuresoft, Sapiens, etc.)
  • Technical proficiency with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data integration
  • Experience leading enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholders across business and IT
  • Strong communication skills—able to translate complex AI/technical concepts to non-technical insurance executives
  • Startup-ready: high ownership, urgency, and adaptability
  • Exposure to AI/ML platforms, automation, or NLP technologies (nice to have)
  • Background in high-growth startups or insurtech vendors (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with insurance compliance, data security, and regulatory frameworks (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and AI deployment to scope insurer requirements and design AI-driven solutions
  • Present Liberate’s technical architecture, security standards, and integration pathways to CIO/CTO/IT stakeholders
  • Build tailored demos and prototypes to illustrate product fit and value
  • Assess insurer core systems (policy admin, claims, billing) and design integration paths
  • Lead technical onboarding, including SSO, APIs, and workflow configuration
  • Provide hands-on guidance during deployments to ensure seamless implementation
  • Serve as trusted technical advisor, guiding insurers on best practices for AI adoption
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for advanced AI agents and APIs
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to Product for roadmap prioritization
  • Represent Liberate at industry events and client workshops
  • Create technical documentation, playbooks, and integration guides for insurers
