Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. They should possess 3-5 years of experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell, or RPA tools such as UiPath, and familiarity with ITSM tools like Jira or Freshservice. A strong interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation is required, along with comfort working with diverse technologies including Windows/macOS, SaaS apps, mobile devices, networking, and A/V systems. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot is a plus, and a problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Interns will gain a deep understanding of IT End User Services/Infrastructure processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements. They will design, prototype, and implement AI-enhanced solutions for automation, natural language querying, and predictive support. Responsibilities include collaborating with IT teams to integrate ML models and LLMs, driving improvements in onboarding, asset management, and incident triage, and leveraging AI platforms to augment support capabilities. Interns will also maintain documentation, participate in daily IT support functions, and identify areas for automation and optimization.
