The Senior IT Support Engineer will serve as the primary escalation point for complex IT issues, providing up to Tier 3 troubleshooting and resolution. They will triage all IT-related questions, offer on-call support, and manage user accounts. This role involves diagnosing computer errors, using help desk software for remote troubleshooting, setting up new laptops, leading IT projects like Okta integrations and software implementations, and evaluating new technologies to improve IT support capabilities.
