The Staff IT Project/Program Manager will be responsible for internal implementations of strategic Digital Employee Experience initiatives from business case through operations and benefits tracking. They will drive crucial conversations with principals in business and IT to define strategic business cases and measurable benefits. The role involves engaging and collaborating with all affected business, Product Engineering, and IT functions, internal and external partners, and vendors. This includes developing detailed program execution plans, managing all execution aspects, planning, guiding, and facilitating Agile ceremonies, and providing coaching to product-oriented teams on Agile and DevOps best practices. The manager will also create plans and documentation for program reviews, drive risk mitigation strategies and issue resolution actions, and apply consistency and best practices using the ServiceNow IT Business Management product to enable business outcomes and benefits tracking.
