Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a STEM-related field, and have over 3 years of experience in a SaaS software environment. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, consulting, professional services, account management, or similar customer-facing roles is required, along with a solid understanding of AI, including Conversational AI and Large Language Models.
The AI Consultant will drive customer adoption and renewal of Glia's AI features, develop and execute training initiatives to enhance customer knowledge of AI, and ensure timely and on-budget implementation of AI products. Responsibilities include analyzing AI performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations, offering best practices for prompt engineering and Generative AI, serving as the primary technical advisor for AI inquiries, and guiding clients on Glia Virtual Assistant best practices. The role also involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and feature requests, working with implementation teams, and documenting client processes to identify areas for AI product improvement.
