The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in architecting, designing, and developing software products, preferably in a SaaS model, and at least 4 years of experience managing teams of 6 or more individual contributors. Experience building scalable distributed systems in cloud environments, knowledge of REST, API design patterns, microservices, software extensibility through SDKs/plugins/apps, and container orchestration technologies are essential. A BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with familiarity with technologies like Java, Golang, No-SQL databases, Apache Kafka, Redis, and authN/AuthZ.
The Engineering Manager will attract, hire, and develop team members, drive product mission forward by partnering with stakeholders to develop strategy, technical and product roadmaps, and execute the roadmap.
