About the Role

The Falcon Fusion team delivers a SaaS-based workflow automation platform used by our customers to optimize and automate security investigation and remediation tasks. The team owns numerous backend components, micro-services, APIs, and various frameworks to provide an easy-to-use, extensible, and modern platform. Our product and platform aim to deliver out-of-the-box functionality while also allowing partners and developers to extend the platform seamlessly. We are looking for a manager to own and deliver parts of this platform and product.

What You'll Do

• Team Growth: Attract, hire, and continually develop a fast-growing team.
• Product Mission: Drive our product mission forward by partnering with multiple stakeholders to develop strategy, technical and product roadmaps, and plan and execute the roadmap.
• Technical Leadership: Champion high code quality, robust architectural designs, and scalable, resilient systems.
• Customer Focus: Lead by example with a strong focus on customers and the product.

What You'll Need

• Experience: 8+ years of experience architecting, designing, and developing multiple software products/releases, preferably in a SaaS delivery model.
• Management Experience: 4+ years of experience managing teams of 6+ individual contributors, delivering multiple major product milestones.
• Distributed Systems: Experience building scalable distributed systems running in public and/or private cloud environments.
• API & Microservices: Knowledgeable of REST, API design patterns, and microservices.
• Extensibility: Experience in software extensibility through SDKs/plugins/apps and developer/partner ecosystems.
• Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with container orchestration technologies and deployment models, and modern CI/CD-based software delivery.
• Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
• Tech Stack Familiarity: Familiarity with some of the following technologies and languages: Java, Golang, No-SQL databases, Apache Kafka, caching technologies like Redis, authentication/authorization (authN/AuthZ).
