The Agency Executive will handle various aspects of agency operations, including general inquiries about AIG's services and products. This role involves understanding and explaining commercial lines of business to customers through presentations and meetings. The executive will also train business partners on soft skills and product knowledge, act as a liaison between partners and underwriters, guide users on system functionality, and recruit new partners to offer AIG products. A key responsibility is to service the Puchong agency, drive existing agents, and recruit new agents to achieve branch growth targets. The role may involve manning the physical branch on rotation and coordinating activities organized by HQ.
