Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in Sales/Sales Support or be recent college graduates focused on growing in sales, with an understanding of finance and the ability to work with numbers, along with multitasking skills, the ability to get along with diverse personalities, and the willingness to travel to local stores on a daily basis.
The Retail Sales Executive in Training will provide retail support for customers including retail execution training utilizing best practices and pro-active image compliance and maintenance, improve PMPS through retail execution and maintaining all branded image components and compliance, understand and formulate a plan to ensure retailers improve their store level execution, influence retailers to utilize marketing programs, get retailers to prepare for the future by improving their operations, influence retailers to become more retail focused and improve their image, ensure image evaluation scores are in the desired range, implement branded promotional programs, and maintain scores in the desired range from evaluations performed by management and customers.
