Candidates should possess 5+ years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software company (B2B), excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a working knowledge of technical infrastructure including web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories. Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, Azure/AWS/GCP is desirable, and 3+ years of experience working with Identity, Governance, and Access Management solutions is preferred.
The Advisory Solution Consultant will actively participate in the sales process, partnering with sales teams to discover and understand customer requirements, present SailPoint business functions and value, provide product demonstrations, assist in developing RFP responses, participate in Proof of Value evaluations, and provide feedback to Product Management. They will also contribute to building technical collateral, grow familiarity with IT audit functions and regulatory frameworks, and articulate the business value of SailPoint as a strategic sale.
