Candidates should have 7+ years of cybersecurity presales experience, with 10+ years preferred. A strong network of US Federal and Federal Channel Technical Contacts is required. Experience with link analysis tools like Maltego, IBM I2 Analyst Notebook, or Palantir is preferred. Experience with cloud-based security solutions, APIs, SIEMs (Splunk, Elastic, etc.), and scripting languages (Python, Bash) is also preferred. Familiarity with compliance standards such as NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, CMMC, and TIC 3.0 is a plus. Previous experience with SaaS-based cybersecurity platforms or threat intel solutions is beneficial. Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally is desired. An active TS or TS/SCI clearance is a plus. The ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, strong presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple demands in a rapidly evolving environment are essential. Willingness to travel as required is necessary. Ideally reside in the Washington, DC metro area.
Partner with the Federal sales team to present SpyCloud solutions tailored to unique customer use cases and environments. Leverage SpyCloud data to hunt adversaries and criminals, applying findings to specific customer situations. Drive channel partnerships through solution architect/SME engagement. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, requirements analysis, and evaluation management. Contribute to the technical sections of proposals and respond to RFIs/RFPs with accurate, compelling content aligned with Federal requirements. Collaborate with Federal Channel Partners to support joint sales opportunities, training, and go-to-market activities. Guide Federal customers in the technical integration of SpyCloud’s solutions, including API workflows, data ingestion, and compliance alignment. Act as a trusted advisor to help customers derive maximum value from SpyCloud’s platform and stay ahead of evolving identity threats. Relay field intelligence and Federal-specific product feedback to internal Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
