Candidates must have 7+ years of industry experience in designing, developing, customizing, and deploying identity management and governance products. Required skills include thorough domain knowledge of Identity and Access Governance (IAG), expertise in Java/J2EE, strong SQL knowledge, experience with Web Services (REST/SOAP) and Directories, and hands-on experience with Unix Shell/Perl scripting and Batch Jobs. A strong background in technical presentations and communication, both written and verbal, is also necessary, along with the ability to interact directly with customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of security and authorization models for enterprise and SaaS applications like SAP, Oracle EBS, or Salesforce, and experience in a startup or consulting environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
The IAM/IGA Architect will advise federal clients and partners by providing expert guidance on creating and implementing solutions, designs, and proof-of-concepts using Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC). They will translate complex business requirements into effective technical designs, advocate for solutions that align with industry standards and the EIC platform's capabilities, and drive customer health through configuration reviews and issue remediation. The architect will engage with client architects to build identity roadmaps, resolve complex technical issues through debugging and research, and provide technical oversight and direction to junior engineers. Additionally, they will contribute thought leadership by building repeatable artifacts, sharing learnings, and performing peer reviews. Employees will also be required to complete security and privacy literacy training and adhere to information security/privacy policies.
