Requirements

Candidates must have 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience. Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions is required, along with experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services. Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is also necessary. Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with sales counterparts, are essential. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

The Solution Consultant will support product sales as a technical and domain expert on a client-facing sales team. They will lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations. The role involves answering product feature and technical questions from customers, partners, and colleagues. Additionally, the consultant will provide feedback to product management on enhancements, share best practices with other Solution Consultants, and stay current on competitive analysis. Supporting marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows, is also part of the role.
