Candidates must have 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, with proficiency in the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions. Experience integrating AI into work processes, collaborating with product management and partners, and territory management skills are required. Deep understanding of the US Department of Defense community and US Citizenship are highly preferred. A commutable distance to the DC Metro area is also strongly preferred. Travel may be necessary.
The Advisory Solution Consultant will support product sales as a technical and domain expert, leading discovery workshops and providing product demonstrations to align solutions with customer needs. They will answer product feature and technical questions, provide feedback to product management on enhancements, and share best practices with other Solution Consultants. The role also involves staying current on competitive analysis and supporting marketing events.
