Candidates should have 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions, and experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services. Experience leveraging AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is also required, along with territory management skills including pipeline building.
The Solution Consultant will act as a technical and domain expert to support product sales, guide revenue for a specific product, and develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles. They will lead discovery workshops, deliver product demonstrations, answer technical questions, provide feedback to product management on enhancements, share best practices with other Solution Consultants, and support marketing events.
