Strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, storytelling ability, and a collaborative mindset are essential. Experience in the public sector is a plus, and professional working proficiency in French is desirable. Flexibility to travel is also required.
The Advisory Solution Consultant will drive solution sales by positioning and developing product-specific solutions during sales cycles, leading discovery workshops, and delivering tailored demonstrations. They will build long-term ServiceNow roadmaps with customers, answer technical and product-related questions, and ensure solution adoption in collaboration with partners. Responsibilities also include providing feedback to product management for enhancements, sharing best practices, staying current on competitive analysis, and supporting marketing events.
