Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales solution consulting, sales engineer, or similar role, with a strong understanding of integrating AI into work processes and decision-making. Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions is required, along with a passion for technology and translating it into business impact. Strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, storytelling ability, and a collaborative mindset are essential. Experience in the public sector is a plus, and professional working proficiency in French is desirable. Flexibility to travel is also required.

Responsibilities

The Advisory Solution Consultant will drive solution sales by positioning and developing product-specific solutions during sales cycles, leading discovery workshops, and delivering tailored demonstrations. They will build long-term ServiceNow roadmaps with customers, answer technical and product-related questions, and ensure solution adoption in collaboration with partners. Responsibilities also include providing feedback to product management for enhancements, sharing best practices, staying current on competitive analysis, and supporting marketing events.
