Position Overview

Geotab is seeking an Account Advisor, Federal and NSS to function as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to customers. This role is responsible for driving long-term account growth, retention, and demonstrable return on investment (ROI) through effective relationship management and operational execution. The projects will vary in scope, complexity, and affected business area.

Responsibilities

As an Account Advisor, Federal and NSS, your key area of responsibility will be the implementation of project tasks and managing day-to-day activities. This role empowers customers to fully leverage the value of Geotab solutions by:

  • Aligning internal resources.
  • Facilitating solution adoption.
  • Delivering data-driven, actionable insights.
  • Integrating customer enablement with sophisticated data engagement strategies to ensure scalable success, solution loyalty, and continuous improvement across key accounts.
  • Providing regular status reports to key partners to ensure the project is on time and meeting expectations.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their unique business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Advocate for customer interests within the organization to ensure that Geotab solutions are tailored to their specific requirements and deliver optimal value.
  • Drive operational excellence by coordinating internal resources, managing account-related processes, and ensuring seamless communication between the customer and Geotab's various departments.
  • Monitor account health.
