This role involves joining customer calls to address basic platform, creative, or campaign questions and escalating strategic discussions. The manager will maintain extreme responsiveness to deadlines, support overflow work like pulling avails and reporting, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple priorities.
