Responsibilities

  • Build forward-looking relationships with merchants and partner to facilitate growth
  • Understand merchant needs, deliver unique personable service, and identify opportunities to grow and optimize performance
  • Build relationships across Unlimit and merchant teams to meet needs and drive collaborative growth
  • Challenge and work with Global Account Management Team to develop and improve ways of working for speed and quality
  • Drive commercial growth with merchants as payments expert, focusing on account optimization and conversion opportunities
  • Be the face of Unlimit, bringing unique style as a trusted partner to merchants
  • Manage internal and external priorities for merchants and deliver on challenging timescales
  • Speak up internally to ensure merchants have a voice in the business
  • Contribute to a positive and fun culture in the business
  • Report to Head of Account Management, based in Gurgaon office (locations: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai)
