Responsibilities

Build forward-looking relationships with merchants and partner to facilitate growth
Understand merchant needs, deliver unique personable service, and identify opportunities to grow and optimize performance
Build relationships across Unlimit and merchant teams to meet needs and drive collaborative growth
Challenge and work with Global Account Management Team to develop and improve ways of working for speed and quality
Drive commercial growth with merchants as payments expert, focusing on account optimization and conversion opportunities
Be the face of Unlimit, bringing unique style as a trusted partner to merchants
Manage internal and external priorities for merchants and deliver on challenging timescales
Speak up internally to ensure merchants have a voice in the business
Contribute to a positive and fun culture in the business
Report to Head of Account Management, based in Gurgaon office (locations: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai)
