Requirements

Responsibilities

Responsibilities also include proactively engaging clients to assess product usage, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely deal closures. The specialist will share client feedback with cross-functional teams and monitor key metrics and KPIs to identify trends and take action.
