Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
The Account Solution Manager will be responsible for owning the post-sale customer experience for a book of approximately 300 customers, including acting as a liaison between customers and implementation partners, driving product usage, handling contract renewals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue retention. They will also analyze customer data, develop recommendations, and train teams to optimize Filevine product usage, as well as manage the implementation process and hold critical conversations with customers to understand their needs and resolve issues.
