Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of work experience and a minimum of 3-5 years in sales or business development, ideally with software sales or professional services experience within the Medical Device & Diagnostic industry. A proven track record in prospecting whitespace customers and establishing relationships is required, along with experience executing full sales cycles from lead to closure. Applicants must be self-motivated, professional, confident, flexible, and results-driven, holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Native German language proficiency and fluent English are essential, and willingness to travel is necessary.

Responsibilities

As an Account Partner, responsibilities include developing and executing territory and account sales strategies, contributing to team sales goals, analyzing customer objectives and aligning them with Veeva’s solutions, generating leads and managing the sales process through contract negotiation and delivery handoff, and working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. The role also involves reporting and maintaining territory strategies, managing opportunities, and providing updates to stakeholders, as well as focusing on lead generation and building relationships with customers across various business functions and organizational levels.
