The Account Manager will be responsible for strategic account planning, including creation, iteration, and execution of plans, and driving alignment between customer success plans and business goals. They will act as the primary point of contact for all account aspects, both internally and externally, and serve as the quarterback for account management. This role also involves supporting implementation, onboarding, adoption, utilization, renewal, and expansion activities for top accounts, ensuring customers derive value from Mixpanel and strategically expanding the company's footprint.
