Responsibilities

  • Sales, customer management, and problem-solving for company products (TEM, FIB/SEM) in assigned area
  • Customer対応 in materials science industry (including universities and public research institutions, companies)
  • Formulation, adjustment, and execution of customer strategies
  • Accurate quarterly order forecasting
  • Identify and strategically address all budget-related issues per customer
  • Confirm all system configurations, specifications, and acceptance conditions to complete orders
  • Manage activities of all user groups by product as needed
  • Collaborate closely with application engineers and product marketing managers to conduct system demonstrations
  • Work closely with account service group and application engineers to manage and resolve on-site product issues
