Experience in owning post-sales strategic customers end-to-end, including renewals and organic expansion, is essential. Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, are required.
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will define and drive Account Plans and Success Plans for your customers, navigate complex enterprise accounts by building key relationships with stakeholders, identify growth opportunities and drive consumption, lead the resolution of escalations and implement continuous improvement, advocate internally for product and service enhancements, drive business value for customers through retention and expansion, and lead renewals end-to-end.
