Slasify is a rapidly growing, Singapore-based technology company specializing in EOR & payroll services. We operate with a fully remote team and serve businesses worldwide. We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Customer Success Department. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role. Applications must be submitted in English.

Requirements

  • Prior professional experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or a relevant role.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of Chinese business culture.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent listening, collaboration, and cross-cultural patience and understanding.
  • Go-getter attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity to learn.
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision; prior remote working experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding of clients and their employees.
  • Clearly communicate and update leadership on the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly reports for client accounts.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Accurately cross-check and confirm payroll and reimbursements for clients' employees.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
