Responsibilities

  • Generate new revenue streams through sales of products and services tailored to prospects’ business needs
  • Retain Dow Jones contract revenue and ensure products and services meet customers' business needs
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and building strong relationships
  • Develop and execute a plan for managing account renewals, ensuring timely communication and fulfilment of contractual obligations
  • Oversee all aspects of account management, including understanding client businesses, resolving issues promptly, and keeping abreast of competitor solutions
  • Identify opportunities for increasing revenue within accounts through up-selling and cross-selling initiatives
  • Manage sales forecasts and pipelines to ensure clear reporting of renewals, sales opportunities, and associated revenue and timelines
