Proven success in selling business news and information to corporate or financial clients (beneficial)
Understanding of internet and intranet applications, emerging web technologies, and industry trends

Responsibilities

Generate new revenue streams through sales of products and services tailored to prospects’ business needs
Retain Dow Jones contract revenue and ensure products and services meet customers' business needs
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and building strong relationships
Develop and execute a plan for managing account renewals, ensuring timely communication and fulfilment of contractual obligations
Oversee all aspects of account management, including understanding client businesses, resolving issues promptly, and keeping abreast of competitor solutions
Identify opportunities for increasing revenue within accounts through up-selling and cross-selling initiatives
Manage sales forecasts and pipelines to ensure clear reporting of renewals, sales opportunities, and associated revenue and timelines
