Responsibilities

  • Gérer un portefeuille d'agents immobiliers partenaires et les aider à atteindre nos objectifs de vente
  • Analyser les performances des agents, détecter leurs axes d'amélioration et proposer des actions concrètes pour améliorer leurs résultats (coaching, ajustement de stratégie, outils)
  • Identifier les ressources nécessaires pour intervenir dans une transaction au moment opportun
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Sales pour stimuler la croissance de l'entreprise
