The ideal candidate will be collaborative, analytical, and persistent in navigating complex sales cycles and securing high-value deals, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for empowering enterprises through transformative software solutions.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will be a key driver in expanding Freshworks’ footprint within Enterprise organizations by engaging multiple stakeholders and delivering customized ITSM and EX solutions. Responsibilities include developing tailored ITSM and EX strategies, demonstrating how Freshworks’ solutions enhance productivity and employee engagement, and collaborating with diverse decision-makers to address their unique challenges. The role also involves building, maintaining, and executing a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress through medium- to long-term sales cycles, and creating and presenting compelling value propositions that align with enterprise customer goals and budgets. A collaborative approach, partnering with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams to create seamless end-to-end experiences for prospects and clients, is also key.
