Responsibilities

The Account Executive will expand Freshworks’ footprint within Enterprise organizations by engaging multiple stakeholders and delivering customized ITSM and EX solutions. Responsibilities include developing tailored ITSM and EX strategies, demonstrating how Freshworks’ solutions enhance productivity and employee engagement, and collaborating with diverse decision-makers to address their unique challenges. The role involves building, maintaining, and executing a robust sales pipeline through medium- to long-term sales cycles, creating and presenting compelling value propositions aligned with enterprise customer goals and budgets, and partnering with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless end-to-end experiences for prospects and clients.
