Requirements

Candidates should possess 6+ years of experience in employee experience, internal communications, or a related field, with at least 5 years in technical consulting and enablement. Additionally, 4+ years of experience working remotely with international teams and customers, navigating cultural differences, and implementing/maintaining modern intranets or employee experience platforms is required. Familiarity with support ticketing tools like JIRA and project management concepts, along with strong analytical skills, active listening, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, are essential. The ideal candidate can quickly learn new technologies, think creatively, and demonstrates empathy, humility, and leadership.

Responsibilities

The Employee Experience Technical Consultant will partner with customers to define and implement employee engagement and communications strategies using the Simpplr One platform. Responsibilities include conducting discovery, leading strategy discussions, implementing projects, and providing expert advice on information organization, content migration, audience targeting, governance, and change management. The role involves providing program strategies for surveys, recognition, communications, and engagement, offering best practices and use cases, and defining solutions for standard and unique scenarios. Additionally, the consultant will educate and train customers on Simpplr's features, collaborate with internal teams to evolve the implementation process and product offering, and document best practices.
