Account Executive - SMB Sales

Candidates must have at least 3 years of sales or business development experience with a proven track record of top performance. Existing relationships or a strong network with Taiwan-focused cross-border customers and/or referral partners are highly preferred. The candidate should be success-oriented, possess superior verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English, and be able to work collaboratively across functions and cultures in a fast-paced environment.
The Account Executive will target strategic business opportunities for Airwallex and be accountable for increasing revenue through customer and partner acquisition. They will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensure the best customer experience during onboarding, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the SME ecosystem. Additionally, they will provide product feedback based on client interactions, represent Airwallex at industry events, and maintain a database of current and potential customers using CRM.
