Account Executive - Pacific Northwest

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and collaborative Account Executive for the Pacific Northwest to execute and refine our sales playbook from lead generation to closing. This role is for someone not afraid to get their hands dirty and own their pipeline and outcomes. EvenUp is committed to investing in the development and enablement of our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales-cycle from lead to close, including outbound prospecting.
• Conduct 30 cold calls per day with the goal of generating 3 self-sourced meetings per week.
• Spend 1-3 days per week meeting prospects in person, building relationships and demonstrating product value.
• Travel to events and conferences to meet key law firm decision-makers and close deals.
• Maintain consistent communication with other cross-functional team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading an end-to-end sales process, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven and results-oriented.
• Team player with a competitive spirit.
• Commitment to data hygiene and leveraging available tools and resources.
