The Account Executive will build and execute account strategies to acquire and grow mid-market clients, owning the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing. This includes involving internal experts, closing at least 5 new deals monthly with a 40% conversion rate, developing pipeline through outreach and lead management, navigating complex buying committees, and collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to ensure client success. Maintaining updated CRM data and providing accurate forecasting are also key responsibilities.
