Role: Account Executive - Mid-Market (Europe)

Humaans is seeking an entrepreneurial, career-focused, ambitious revenue leader with a growth mindset to join its Sales team in London. As one of the first dedicated Account Executives for the Mid-Market segment, this role is crucial for driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's success. Humaans currently supports hundreds of customers, including prominent European startups and scale-ups with global ambitions, and is looking to expand its reach. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with top leaders, executives, and decision-makers at innovative companies. A relentless work ethic, a natural ability to hustle, and a passion for building meaningful relationships to achieve commercial outcomes are essential.

Focus/Ownership

  • Revenue Growth: Lead revenue growth initiatives in Europe, targeting scale-ups and mid-market companies (initially 200-600 employees, scaling to 2,000).
  • Closing Role: This is a hands-on closing position with potential for increased ownership.
  • Pipeline Management: Full ownership and accountability for creating, managing, and closing your own sales pipeline.
  • Strategy Development: Utilize intellect, instinct, and research to define and implement outbound strategies, tactics, presentations, and messaging to engage the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Product Expertise: Develop deep product knowledge by collaborating with Engineering & Customer Success teams. Articulate complex capabilities and their value to customers, and provide customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a strong commitment to solving customer problems and go above and beyond to understand and alleviate their pain points.
  • Vision Articulation: Clearly and compellingly communicate the product roadmap and company trajectory.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with HR/People leaders and business transformation leaders, and engage with them in relevant forums.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4-6 years in commercial roles, preferably within B2B SaaS.
  • Company Background: Experience in top-tier, VC-backed companies or similar high-ambition environments.
  • Track Record: Proven success in high-growth settings.
