Requirements

Candidates must be geographically based in an ASEAN country and have at least 3 years of sales or account management experience, including a minimum of 1 year in the Mid-Market segment. They should have experience closing deals valued at over $100,000 within organizations of 200 to 2000 employees. A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and executing across the full sales cycle is essential, along with the ability to outbound prospect and generate at least 50% of their pipeline. Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction is required, and familiarity with Global Payroll or HR software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will develop and execute a sales strategy in the allocated territory focused on acquiring new business from prospective companies. They will manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and expertise to prospective customers. Meeting or exceeding quarterly and yearly revenue targets is expected, along with continuously developing a robust sales pipeline through outreach and collaboration with sales development representatives. The executive will also maintain an up-to-date CRM system with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data.
