Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with an advanced degree being preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role is required, demonstrating the ability to close new business and manage relationships. Recent sales experience within a financial services vendor company is essential, with marketing discipline experience being preferred. Proficiency in multi-channel marketing disciplines and 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Media, or Advertising are necessary. Skills required include selling through creating a compelling vision or story, using data and insights as a selling tool, prospecting/new business development, managing client relationships, selling multiple/integrated product campaigns, understanding client's market and strategic needs, and proficient solution selling and closing opportunities. Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, emotional and cognitive intelligence, innovative, analytical, and strategic thinking are also essential. A consistent track record of success in achieving and exceeding annual quota and business objectives is mandatory. The ability and willingness to travel are also required.
The Account Executive III is responsible for achieving sales and/or profitability objectives from existing accounts and new client prospects. This includes meeting with clients and prospects to recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. Responsibilities involve communicating directly with clients and prospects to understand their individual needs and recommending products or services to help clients attain their goals. Key duties include achieving assigned sales targets, participating in high-level prospecting activities such as lead generation, qualifying prospects, discovery, and demonstrating solutions. The role requires managing multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities, meeting in person with clients and prospects, and deepening existing client relationships to generate incremental business. Additionally, the Account Executive will consult with clients on business issues and marketing program design, negotiate costs and services, resolve sales or delivery issues, and work with Strategists and Delivery Teams to execute project specifications and deliver quality results. Developing insightful proposals, delivering strategic sales presentations, managing contracts, up-selling/cross-selling opportunities, and selling with data and insights are also core responsibilities.
