Enterprise Account Executive

Candidates should possess 7+ years of solution/value selling experience, 3+ years of Enterprise Accounts experience, and 2+ years of success in selling to a FINServs industry vertical. They must be able to communicate complex concepts clearly, demonstrate a data-driven approach to account planning, and possess a strong automation mindset. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
The Enterprise Account Executive will assess territory potential and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue, achieve sales targets, evangelize the UiPath brand, educate customers on automation solutions, establish customer relationships, monitor competitors, and collaborate internally with other sales executives and cross-functional groups. They will also explore ways to incorporate automation into customer operations and provide valuable insights for business improvement, while maintaining a flexible work arrangement as needed.
