The Enterprise Accounts team at UiPath works with the largest companies in America, segmented into industry verticals. Enterprise Sales Executives engage with C-Suite and Digital Transformation groups to deliver value through automation. The role involves providing tools that free up employee time for more critical thinking and creating a better working environment. You will be challenged and supported by industry experts as you build your career.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of solution/value selling experience
  • 3+ years of Enterprise Accounts experience
  • 2+ years of success selling to a FINS industry vertical
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and create desire for solutions
  • Successful quota attainment YoY and experience growing an enterprise client portfolio
  • Proven success in selling new business and new logos consistently
  • High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence (internal and external)
  • Ability to navigate client organizations and develop key contacts across multiple departments and leadership levels, including the C-suite
  • Provides valuable insights into improving customer business operations
  • Research and data-driven approach to account planning; proactively identify opportunities from business-led discussions
  • Self-starter invested in team success
  • Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred
  • Automation-first mindset
  • Ability to travel ~50%

Responsibilities

  • Assess territory/market potential and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the quarterly schedule
  • Evangelize the UiPath brand by presenting, promoting, and selling the UiPath enterprise automation platform with a value selling approach
  • Educate customers on the financial and professional benefits of UiPath solutions
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships within the territory
  • Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations
  • Partner with the Customer Success Manager group to ensure customers receive maximum value and to expedite customer issue resolution
  • Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer needs
  • Collaborate internally with other sales executives and cross-functional groups to foster knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Explore ways of incorporating automation into daily work
