Requirements

Candidates must have a proven track record in selling SaaS solutions, preferably within the ERP space, and experience working with clients in the Higher Education and School Board sectors. They should possess an energetic and enthusiastic personality, be skilled negotiators, and operate as individual contributors with strong leadership capabilities. Experience in engaging and selling to C-level executives is essential, along with a team player mentality and a solution-oriented mindset. Fluent French is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will own and grow their territory, focusing on both new business acquisition and customer expansion within the Higher Education and School Board sectors in Eastern Canada. They will collaborate with pre-sales, operations, partners, and leadership to deliver compelling proposals, lead and align virtual teams, and clearly articulate the business value of Unit4's solutions. The role also requires staying current on relevant technologies and industry trends to maintain a strong consultative approach.
