Advanced knowledge of SaaS platforms and their role in driving institutional efficiency is required. Hands-on experience with ITSM solutions and EX platforms designed to improve faculty and staff productivity and engagement is also necessary. Prior experience selling to Higher Education institutions is a strong plus, as are mastery in solution selling and pipeline management, and strong analytical abilities.
The Account Executive will expand Freshworks’ footprint within Higher Education institutions by engaging multiple stakeholders, delivering customized ITSM and EX solutions, and empowering institutions to drive productivity and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing tailored ITSM and EX strategies, collaborating with diverse decision-makers, building and executing a robust sales pipeline, creating and presenting compelling value propositions, and partnering with internal teams to create seamless client experiences.
