Position Overview

Cars Commerce is seeking a motivated Account Executive to act as the primary point of contact for our customers. This role focuses on ensuring ongoing customer success, retention, and growth by selling products and services to existing clients. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships through face-to-face visits within your assigned sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Cars Commerce customers, focusing on ongoing customer success, retention, and growth.
• Sell products and services to existing customers.
• Maintain relationships by visiting assigned customers within the sales territory.
• Respond to client inquiries and offer guidance on appropriate products and services.
• Execute sales strategy and identify and close upsell opportunities.
• Provide insights to customers by preparing reports and key information that communicate value.
• Demonstrate expertise in retention and sales techniques, as well as Cars Commerce products and services.
• Travel at least 75% within the assigned territory to visit prospective customers face-to-face.
• Partner across selling and servicing roles within Cars Commerce to ensure customers receive maximum value from the Cars Commerce Platform.

Qualifications

• Excellent planning and solutions selling experience.
• Motivated and comfortable working remotely in a home office and from the road/field.
• Ability to conduct in-depth sales presentations, including product demonstrations that highlight key benefits, return on investment, and the value of our solutions and services.
• Proven persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Experience in the automotive space or digital marketplace is ideal.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen.

Requirements

• Proven ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience driving sales growth through multi-product offerings in a competitive market.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated consistent quota attainment track record with a continuous desire to win.
• Overall experience selling advertising or complex SaaS/software solutions to business leaders.
• Candidates are required to live in the Philadelphia, PA territory.
