Degreed is seeking an experienced and passionate Account Director to join their Customer Success team. This role is responsible for owning gross and net retention for a portfolio of enterprise clients by driving renewal and upsell motions, and ensuring clients achieve tangible, quantifiable value from the Degreed platform. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic account management, consulting expertise, and product knowledge to deliver impactful results for large enterprise clients.
As the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, you will proactively manage value realization, guide clients to unlock the full potential of the Degreed platform, foster executive relationships, and navigate complex change management. Your expertise in HRTech, Learning & Development, and talent management will position you as a trusted advisor, aligning Degreed’s capabilities with client strategic goals.
