Requirements

Candidates should have 5-10 years of proven success in SaaS enterprise sales, with strong experience in ITSM and EX solution selling. Advanced knowledge of SaaS platforms and their role in driving operational efficiency within manufacturing operations is required. Mastery in solution selling and pipeline management, strong presentation skills, creative thinking, self-motivation, strong analytical abilities, and strong planning and internal resource management skills are essential. Hands-on experience with ITSM solutions and EX platforms designed to improve productivity and employee engagement in manufacturing environments is necessary. Prior experience selling to manufacturing organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding Freshworks’ footprint within manufacturing organizations by engaging multiple stakeholders and delivering customized ITSM and EX solutions. Responsibilities include helping manufacturing organizations improve employee workflows and IT efficiency, sourcing new business logos, and cross-selling into existing accounts. They will develop tailored ITSM and EX strategies, collaborate with diverse decision-makers and C-level executives, build and execute a robust sales pipeline, create and present compelling value propositions, and partner with internal teams to create seamless experiences for prospects and clients.
