Candidates must have 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on Enterprise accounts, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Advanced skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management are required, along with meticulous operating rigor in pipeline management, forecasting, and pacing to target. Strong business acumen, executive presence, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, and presenting to C-Suite are essential. The ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management, is necessary. Candidates should be resilient, self-motivated, curious, coachable, and proficient in Salesforce, with experience in MEDDPPICC preferred. Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Outreach is preferred, and willingness to travel within the region is required. Fluency in German is mandatory.
The Account Executive will manage a designated geographical region or country within EMEA, focusing on hunting new business opportunities within the Enterprise sector and building sales pipeline. They will be responsible for upselling into the existing account base by leveraging the Extended Access Management platform and developing and executing strategic territory plans. Responsibilities include navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, managing large ARR opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas, and maintaining a high level of outbound activity with a primary focus on in-person meetings. The Account Executive will identify and engage key decision-makers within target accounts and qualify opportunities using MEDDPPICC.
