Position Overview

Deel is seeking an Account Executive in APAC to drive sales growth by acquiring and managing relationships with clients across all segments. This role is crucial for generating significant revenue growth and reinforcing Deel’s commitment to meeting client needs. The Account Executive will be responsible for understanding client requirements, presenting customized solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business and expand existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and own a targeted account list.
  • Develop a territory plan for acquiring business with prospective companies.
  • Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaboration with sales development representatives, and management of inbound prospects.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data.

Qualifications

  • Geographically based in Australia.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Ideal experience selling a technical product, endpoint security, mobile device management, hardware lifecycle, or IT procurement.
  • Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory, executing across the full sales cycle, and adding net new logos.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
