Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of closing sales experience, proficiency in process/playbook selling methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger, and a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment with increasing responsibilities. A hunter mentality, strong sales DNA, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential. The role requires the candidate to be based in EMEA and be fluent in English plus one other European language. Previous experience in Immigration or a similar field is highly desirable, as is a strong ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive, Deel Immigration is responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets by managing the full sales cycle. This includes building and maintaining strong, consultative relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and tailor immigration solutions. The role involves working strategically with core Account Executives, collaborating with the SDR function to drive business growth, and fostering strong relationships within sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure an excellent client experience. Maintaining up-to-date customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in the CRM system is also a key responsibility.
