Requirements

Responsibilities

Manage client accounts, ensuring that client needs are met, and solutions are delivered effectively

Maintain regular client communication, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute account-related projects successfully
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow the account portfolio
Participate in preparing and delivering client reports and presentations
Actively monitor industry trends and adapt account strategies accordingly
Support and mentor junior account management professionals in their growth
