Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian financial ecosystem, including local banking regulations, B2B payment processes (e.g., PIX, Boleto), and challenges with traditional banks
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English
  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise segments, with a track record of navigating multi-stakeholder deals
  • Proactive, results-driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, lean startup environment and takes full ownership of work
  • Nuanced understanding of the Brazilian market, including business culture and building trust with local executives
  • Based in São Paulo, Brazil, with ability to work in office at complexo JK Iguatemi 2-3 days/week (#LI-Hybrid)

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject-matter expert on the Brazilian financial landscape, advising on local payment methods (PIX, Boleto), foreign exchange, and regulatory environment to position Jeeves as the optimal solution
  • Own the full sales cycle, including generating leads through targeted outbound prospecting, managing discovery calls, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating/closing complex deals
  • Develop strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, finance VPs, CEOs) by providing solutions to their unique pain points
  • Provide critical feedback to Product and Engineering teams on Brazilian market needs to shape platform development
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas through new logo acquisition and expanding relationships with existing clients
