Job Description

Are you a motivated, self-driven sales professional seeking freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential? Xplor is looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want to control their time and earnings.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct door-to-door visits and engage with local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on cost savings and transaction streamlining.
• Close deals to earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with comprehensive support and training.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, demonstrating a true hunter mentality.

• Location: Fully remote, provided you have eligible working rights and can travel to the field within your team's region.
